Also, close to my house they are finishing one house (not a big one) and the construction has been going on over a year. Being from Europe and being passively involved in home construction - it is a joke to call their builds 'masterpieces'. It will take Australian companies another 50+ years to start using technologies (e.g. windows, insulation, heating and cooling, etc.) we are already using in Europe now, or have been using in the last 10 years. Based on what I have seen, I would not go with Masterpiece Builders! Hi we are looking to talk to people who have built with them recently.
