If anyone familiar with Boundary Survey can help me out with this Survey

The solid black line is the title boundary, and the dashed line is the fence.
This is in reference to the very top nail.
It shows to the left fence encroach 0.06m into my land.
The Nail says its at 1.0m, I am presuming this means 1.0m from title boundary.
The Nail currently when measured to the fence is at 1.06m, which is abit baffling...
Should it not be 0.94m? As the fence is encroaching into my land by 0.06m
If the fence was encroaching onto the neighbour's land then that should be the case at 1.06m
Please help me understand or whether im looking at this completely wrong.
