Need some feedback on the split level design we have pulled together as a concept plan. There are limitations around cut and fill therefore we could not put any more rooms behind the garage leading to stairs going up.

There are limitations around cut and fill therefore we could not put any more rooms behind the garage leading to stairs going up. can you share your house plans for feedback 13 Jul 2020 357 NSW Gold Member Re: New custom build - Floor plan - Need feedback 4Oct 17, 2023 1:07 pm Prats09attached to original post now. there seems to be inconsistent overlaps between the different levels and all dimensions are not clear so my suggestions are based on approximations and, depending on the orientation and size of your block of land (ie views, distance to neighbours and direction of sun) all the windows and sliding glass doors need to be carefully checked and depending on the slope and access to the outside drying areas and distance to side fences it may be cheaper and easier to walk through the house rather than exit through an external laundry door to a steep side path with steps and/or could the laundry be better placed upstairs and the existing laundry and entry could make an alternate media or guest room.....lots of options but i'm having difficulty uploading my revised floorplan so will do so asap 13 Jul 2020 357 NSW Gold Member Re: New custom build - Floor plan - Need feedback 6Oct 17, 2023 1:23 pm Prats09Thank u ... will be keen to see your changes. There is only a 1.5 m slope upwards on the building envelope so not too steep. The highest point is at the top far ocrner of the block and we will be atleast 10m away from it.
