I am looking to build a new house in Sydney and interested if anyone else in Australia have any experience with this style of building. Foil board is a non permeable insulation system. So very different. The zip system is often installed on 150mm deep studs at 600cts in most cases so they can fit alot of insulation in the build. It's a good base for spray in expanding type insulation. We don't build to that requirement. Not yet. Thanks Pulse, thats really helpful and very much appreciated.
