Would anyone have a reputable building inspector recommendation in South Australia? I am planning a build in the Adelaide region next year and am considering a staged inspection of the build as it progresses. There are a few companies I've found online of course, but I was hoping someone here might have first hand experience with one.
Unless people think this might be a total waste of time? I have heard some horror stories about inspectors missing things, but then when I watch the Site Inspections guy on YouTube, it is literally terrifying what he discovers in completed builds! I need someone with his talents, and unfortunately he only covers the Melbourne area.
