Hey guys anyone building with Simone homes in 2023 or going on to 2024?
They're claiming they've run out of money but won't declare insolvency openly therefore cutting off home owners from applying for home owners warranty.

Officially on Thursday they went into liquidation through ASIC. I have attached the liquidation notice. Following up information, we paid our second last payment to them on the start of June and they were pretty well gone then. I am not happy at all.
