you know sound like your going through the same problems as my brother did with the domain home he built. the difference is your acting on it. him his a lazy ***..imagine - his main entry frame is in a angle in otherwords on one side it is 30mm futher in than the other and his main entry foyer wall that goes for 6 mtrs is 50mm off and is angling in . only discovered when the tiler was laying the tiles and had to start to cut a full tile in due to the angle of the wall.. Look i agree that any bad experience will last for a life time and i don't blame you for not recommending them. honestly which builder can we trust. they are project managers not the builders themselves; they will do their utmost to get away with what the subcontractor stuffed up. i have not heard anyone around me personally that has not had a problem with thier house. Over commitment maybe an issue and they are starting to use subbies that they don't normally use to build the homes and ofcourse the workmanship then is putluck.
