Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 24, 2023 1:50 pm Hi All, I have a home and land package and building the house. Following the contract, the house has to be finished last year around Oct/Nov. After I have many extension letters, and finally had a PCI last month. Funny thing, there are many thing haven't done. Private inspector left proper reports to the builder. Since then, they are not responding. Keep ignoring my email, phone calls. Keep saying lie, we are handing over the message to site supervisor. Never got back any response. Do you guys think, if I hire the lawyer, is there any benefit comes? any experience? What sort of benefit I can have, please share with me, thank you in advance.
