Hi experts,
I would like to get some suggestions here. Please the image of the front façade for the new build that is at the lock-up stage. I want the downpipes for the gable of the front porch to be hidden within the piers of the porch. Also, see the another image from my architect showing how to run the metal downpipes within the piers.
Currently, the plumber is on-site working on the downpipes. He said that he can install the metal pipes within the pier. However, he can only do the downpipes internally with 90mm PVC stormwater pipe, which means pipe from the gutter to the edge of the piers have to be 90 PVC stormwater pipe (shown with the red line on the image). To me that would look very nasty.
Can you guys please suggest an alternate way so that the colourbond pipe can be used in the exposed part and PVC pipe within the pier. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
