The DA drawn up by the previous owner plans to move the sewer line (by installing a new sewer pipe) to run along the edge of our property, so that it no longer runs under our house. The new pipe would need to run circa 27m from our neighbour's boundary to the mains sewer pipe. The ground would be excavated as part of our knock down rebuild project, so not a separate job.
