Building A New House

As I am supplying my own kitchen and bathroom appliances ( vanity, basin, cooktop, oven etc…), the Builder has indicated the items are not covered under his insurance, and I need an insurance policy to cover the items until the handover by the Builder.
Could anyone direct me to insurance as most insurance do not cover houses under Construction?
