"Based on this, we would not be able to remove the soil as it is not clean fill. It would be considered Contaminated Soil". The solution is that we can:
- Ask your demolition company to remove the top layer to ensure clean fill

- We credit you the soil removal aspect of your home and you can arrange soil removal through the demolition company
