Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 02, 2022 8:23 am I am looking at a corner block , frontage of 13.5 m. I want to go with a custom build but trying to find exactly what’s the setback from the road boundary to determine what max width house I can build. Can any advise if there is a way to lookup exact setback for a block. This is in Moreton bay regional council. Also there is retaining wall on boundary, does it affect the setback from the side as well.
