Re: Moving an easement 6Aug 18, 2022 9:38 am Ashington Homes Mowessis Hi, Does anyone have any experience with moving an easement? I am deep into a D.A in sutherland shire for a detached duplex. Complicated corner block and the easement is along the back fence for most part but then cuts across an awkward angle. Council mentioned a couple times along the way that we could move the last 10-15 meters, but architect and town planner just kept telling me it would be "expensive" and we designed around it. Now at the final stages of approval it looks like i might need to lose a bit of building footprint to a neighbours tree so interested to know what the actual cost and process would be to get the easement moved. Its a 75cm diameter storm water pipe. Would need to reroute about 10-15 meters. Any help would be appreciated!!! Can I refer you to an amazing surveyor I use who can give you some accurate advice and an idea on costs? I didn't know this was something a surveyor did but sure send it across Re: Moving an easement 7Aug 18, 2022 3:09 pm Mowessis Ashington Homes Mowessis Hi, Does anyone have any experience with moving an easement? I'll sus it all out You are welcome. Give him a call. Tell him you know me. I have known him for probably 40 years and he is one of the most knowledgable surveyors I have ever worked with. He just got us out of a massive pile of poo on a recent project. Also I need to add, order yourself and updated 10.7 certificate from council. That is one of the best resources you can have when doing your due diligence on a property. Off to work know to battle with tradies. You should be able to encase the sewer but you will need it designed and approved and access to lot 580 to do the work 2 17269 You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16240 Thanks - yea sounds like I need to submit build over easement application....ugh guess I better start finding someone who can do the engineering drawings 3 3439 |
