Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 30, 2022 12:09 am Hi. Our new build has Colorsteel cladding (similar to Colorbond) and aluminium joinery both in a colour called Flaxpod. The aluminium joinery looks a lot different from the Colorsteel colour. Our builder has confirmed that the aluminium joinery has been powdercoated in Flaxpod and that the variation in colour is due to the difference in how Colorsteel is coloured and the powdercoating process of aluminium. Is our builder's explanation correct? Thanks in advance.
