It depends on what colour is your favourite. I think Blackheath is easier to maintain given the semi gloss finish and darker colour compared to lightning. Is 20k rendering just the facade? My builder quoted 5k for half your frontage but I decided to keep the brick look. If money is not an issue I'd say go with render. Rendered bricks use red bricks.
