Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 15, 2022 7:23 pm Hi, I have a building Pre-plaster inspection done and one of the issue he raised is with regard to surface water drainage. My neighbour on the right side of the picture have a higher ground than mine and im on zero boundary. I have raised this issue with my builder if they can do something or have a solution on this issue. They said that it is my neighbours issue to address as I have started the build first. What is the solution in this case? How can I make sure that they will do something about this? Is this more of an issue for them than mine?
