Ikea has Billy bookshelves that are $79 for an 800mm one. You could always get six and have one cut down.
They also have a 400 one.
The are 202cm tall but you can get an extension bit to bring it up to 237.

Billy bookcases from Ikea. They were pretty good for a few years. I moved a few times and each time they suffered. Then the laminate started to peel. And they all didn't want to sit aligned or straight. But for the price I was reasonably happy. I got about 10 years good use out of them.
