Re: No Sewerage service? 4Oct 23, 2008 12:58 pm Yep pricing this at the moment.
In my shire a 4x2 requires 1500mm , 1200mm tanks and 2 x13m leach drains the price ranges from $2300-$2800 for concrete products. Add around $1000 for installation and perhaps several hundred for relevant approvals and your there. There are other ways to do this of course plastic products, recycling systems etc. and over your way things may be different but I think if you allowed $5000 you should be safe. Brett Re: No Sewerage service? 5Oct 23, 2008 1:36 pm my system (water treatment, not just a septic tank) is costing close to $9500, thats the system and 400m of irrigation layed. depends on the shire your in and your soil type on what you can put in, and how big your house is depends on how many meters of irrigation you have to run.
best bet either ring your shire or talk to a local plumber, theyl be able to let you know whats used in your area. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good hydronic in slab heating speacialist who may be able to help me with an existing system and wether or not it may need a seperator… 0 4888 |
