Doubt would have insurance policy. Toorak couple believe property is worthless, why have breached confidentiality agreement with Cladding Victoria. What do you expect a client to buy a house base don? the BIM, data and proofs? Please explain how a layperson would know what to do with that when making comparisons on homes? Not all cars are engineered to the same or even high standards. Mclarens, often in the +1.5M range are notorious for having badly fit panels, drivetrain problems and are in the shop getting things sorted more often than a korean jelly bean. Even not all German cars are engineered to high standards. Just look at the Volkswagen emissions scandal. They couldn't engineer to the required minimum emissions standards so they faked it. 11,000,000 cars were impacted and recalled for a refit. that's just the Volkswagen brand and doesnt include the Skodas and SEATs affected. Lets not forget why lemon laws came in. Even new cars "engineered to high standards" fail and sometimes spectacularly. Buying a car doesn't guarantee you anything, just like buying a house or having data and proofs and other things in hand doesn't guarantee you that the house you built will be to those exacting standards. Most consumers buying a car also don't know what they're going to get. They buy based on the materials, shiney adds and what it looks like. sometimes they might test drive one for 10 minutes if there is any stock on the floor. These days new car buying is often blind. Some may know a little about the engine and its power output and features, but thats it. People don't ask what tolerance the intake manifold is machined at or the diameter of the pistons so that they can check whether the fuel air mixture ratio is appropriate for the cylinder size. Car goes broom. heres my money. That's the extent of most car transactions, just like houses mate. Dark matter scientist, can breathe underwater, mind reader and can freeze matter just by willing it. Trust me, its in my sig. I was looking at different options for a fence for my build and Hebel PowerFence seemed like a good option (one of the criteria was a solid wall look). However, I don't… 0 5922 1 6661 1000000% definitely add insulation. I have in my home and it makes a big difference minimising sound transfer. Insulation is pretty cheap and definitely worth it 2 6272 |
