Our builder has put in a design for the driveway which overall is good, however once the build is completed I'd like to see what the options are for extra concrete to put in a turning area/boat storage near the garage.
Would I be right in thinking that extra concrete like that would be an exempt development. I presume the pathways around the house are also exempt?
This is in Lake Macquarie, NSW.
