Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jan 29, 2022 9:24 am Simonds Soho 34, Metricon Salamanca 34 & Henley Ashby 34 all appear to be a good fit for our block / needs. We are wanting to do a knockdown rebuild on a block that is currently a small investment property but somewhere we would like to move ourselves for 4-5 years. We don't need mega high specs but would like: 2.7m ceilings down stairs Stone bench tops Reasonable quality timber look laminate Air conditioning Double glazing Ability to change windows to maximise view. Ability to widen garage. Are any of these companies better or worse for this type of upgrade? It is an "emerging" area so we are conscious of not overcapitalizing.
