What would you all on this forum consider defects not up to practical.completion muster?
We have
1. 1 cracked tile in bathroom
2. Poor grouting with bubbling
3. Downpipe in the wrong position at the front
4. Erosion under the slab in a section
5. Main island bench poor finish in corner not matching up
Would these be enough to warrant declining a.practical completion status?
