Hi guys i am fairly new to building a double story house and stuff and have recently got myself a 448 lot in Melbourne during my search for house designs i have realized i have bought myself a north west facing lot meaning my living/ kitchen and alfresco/Dining will be in east and south respectively with a master bedroom to the ground floor which i can either have on north or west side depending if i change my crossover which the developers are happy to change at this stage therefore should i get my crossover moved to the right side or not since i have the garage their blocking all the sun Also if it helps i am looking at Sahara 40 from henley

It might be a bit darker in the mornings but the light is still light, so you should be getting it. Similar to what you see from your western windows
