Hi all,
My partner and I are at the beginning stages of our build journey (we have the land but that's about it).
We are seriously considering building the Coral Homes Lisbon 31 MKII with a few minor changes.
I have been looking over their inclusions (I am a bit particular) and am wondering if anyone knows how they are with owner supplying things like taps/mixers, tiles etc? I would also love to hear about everyone's experiences and any tips you may have.

Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder…
