So true, which is why I break down the tasks into smaller stages. I'm currently sourcing timbers, expecting soon this month hopefully to be confirmed next week. Only H2 blue timbers are stuck with, may need to hunt from multiple suppliers, others are positively confirmed.
Good carpenters are preferable, accepting to work in flexible times, including weekends.

Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days? Large storage closet would be more functional.
