Posi truss / Floor truss, is it better to order from manufac

Hi Everyone,
I am building a double-storey house, finished slab, commencing the frame stage next. I have timbers takeoff including timber materials for framing the floor. I also have a quotation for floor joists from a prefab manufacturer, the same one that I signed with for the roof truss.

If anyone here is experienced with the options, which one is better, floor truss from the manufacturer or build on-site from timbers?

Thanks in advance so much for your share of experience, pros and cons, etc.
