The change was a exterior (standard size door) from the back of the garage to the yard. Is this a structural change? Little confused as yes it changes the framing I guess, but it hasn't moved walls. Also, there are no base AS/codes for door structures, as there are for Timber, Masonry, Concrete structures. Besides who is going to enforce breaches, changes and time delays the regulators and governments are weak.
