Today I did a pre final inspection on a large two storey home, two weeks away from completion, I walked in walked out and no significant items on the list. This has happened only a handful of times before. Everything I looked at was spot on and exactly the way it should be, a true credit to the builder but more so to builder's supervisor who was outstanding. I don't endorse any builder I simply report it as it is. And the stories i have heard support this. Things were never a problem to have rectified. If its wrong its wrong andthe finish product is sensational.
