Building A New House

New here and posted the same post earlier and posting again with the hope of getting some valuable advise from the experts.
New in the group and wondering anyone is building with Domaine Home in the subject mentioned project? As the land the registration is due in March, 2022 can't apply the loan. However, going through Domaine's panel broker and feeling a bit relieved!! but still concerned about the loan approval though they broker assured of the loan. Selected convayancer from the Domaine nominated panel and at a later stage discovered the conveyancer will not support us with Domaine building contract and sort of on my own in this front. The build and land contracts are signed and working with variation!!! (lots of things!!).
Would like if anyone from the same company or project his/her experience to get a sense of relief.
