We are planning to build with Metricon, Vantage 48
We have paid $1500, so that we can get a proper quote, it’s been 6 weeks and still waiting, just want to know if anyone is in the process of building with Metricon, and how long they have been waiting for a quote and how are you progressing with the contract.
At this rate, it will probably take 2 years to build. By the way our land is already titled!

I started my journey December last year and still waiting for the final variations. They are extremely slow. It took them 6 weeks for every change request

We are building a Vantage in NSW, look up my build thread & you would get some guidance on the realistic timelines (so far) & feel free to DM for any questions !!
