Hi there was wondering whether anyone has had any experience with Thomas Archer custom build and what sort of m2 price I should be looking at. Also a bit worried that given it’s custom (no price is quoted until post concept) and post the design the build fee may be so big that I end up wasting the design fees. Do you negotiate with the price?? Any wisdom experience would be appreciated. Have to go custom as my block is a bit unique

Hi there. We are are using TA but only made some small changes to their Nouveau design, however I think we are in the same boat. We paid our deposit 6 months ago and when we see the tender (maybe in January) we could get blown away, especially since prices have supposedly gone up and we don't know yet about sites costs and engineering etc.
I imagine with a custom design you will need to pay substantially more to get started, so I hope it work out well.
Hopefully you can set limits on what you can pay and they can design something for you within those limits?
