Rules around bathroom windows.

What are the rules in WA around obscured glazing in bathrooms?

I don’t want obscured windows. I want to use specific planting as privacy but I’m building on a typical 375sqm block in Perth.

How can I get what I want?
My understanding is that privacy matters are managed around having visibility to a neighbor's habitable rooms (overlooking). Coincidentally a bathroom is not habitable. The obscure glazing is for your benefit. I dont think there are rules about about having obscure glazing in bathrooms, I think it's just done because most people wouldn't want to get to handover only to find their neigbour can see right into their shower.

I think you can get what you want fine. Perhaps someone with a better understanding may be able to provide some insight.
