Welsh Homes/Harmac Homes/Ridge Homes

Anyone have any experience with these builders? It seems Welsh Homes rebranded to Harmac Homes and targets owner occupier. Ridge Homes has the same 2 company directors and targets investment turnkey. Few reviews out there for Harmac but hardly any for Ridge.

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.

I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with…
