Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 18, 2008 3:17 pm After many trips back and forth to the brick yards, I think we've decided on our brick! (CSR/PGH Crema). It was only today though, that we noticed they had an almost "painted" look - certainly naive of us, as we assumed the entire brick was this colour.
We're a little worried that the reddish/brownish colour of the brick may ruin the colour if the bricks are poorly done, and I know bricks aren't meant to fade over time or the colour "wear off", but do they?? If anyone with light/cream colour bricks has any experiences, we'd love to hear them...particularly when dealing with this specific brick. We're going to go for a drive tomorrow and look at houses with the brick to try and calm our fears! Re: Brick colour 2Oct 18, 2008 3:42 pm Do you have a picture of this brick? If you would like to see it on a real house ask PGH for a list of homes that have been built with it.
