Very slow progress indeed. May I ask if that's due to special bricks in the order that takes time for production? Hope it's not the general issue with a shortage of laborers/materials. I've just had the Slab done two weeks ago and it turns out to me that prefab orders are a bit tricky for owner-builder. I build a double-story house with brick veneer for the ground level. So I need timber frames and bricklayers too.
