Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 18, 2008 12:38 pm what do you all think out there if you have a slack CSO. its so all bloody fraustrating. i dont know why i ever decided to build. i was wanting to build a house of dreams - it seems the way things are going its going to be a house of tears.
Re: Slack Customer Service Officer 5Oct 18, 2008 4:01 pm We don't even communicate with our CSO any longer, we are going directly through our SS and we are even going directly to the tradies them selves.
During our Tender period our CSO stuffed up so many times it isn't funny. Her manager knows we don't want to have anything to do with her too. Perhaps you can ask for another one??? Also, the way I look at it is that when we decided on our builder, it was based on build quality - not customer service!!! But in saying that anyone who asks me what the company is like, I'll tell them about the $hit customer service!! Re: Slack Customer Service Officer 6Oct 21, 2008 6:43 pm Hey there homebuddy925.
we've had the same prob. the lack of response from our CSR was just so frustrating: our calls not returned, no response to our emails. we waited weeks for our CSR to come back to us with our final PCV's so we could go to the lender, then 2 weeks before our proposed site start, we finally get the paperwork to sign off on our final alterations. all i can say is, all we're thinking of is the final product. i'm not the most patient person in the world when i know there's a deadline looming and i'm not the one slacking off. we've been told by heaps of people that after the admin, it gets better so that's what we're hoping for. we're about a week from proposed site start so it's gonna get exciting. Good luck and stick with it... after all, it is your dream home isnt it? Re: Slack Customer Service Officer 7Oct 21, 2008 7:40 pm l got told if it got too much go to there manager, mind you l tried that and she didnt return my call! you might have more luck!
Like others have said the SS is usually the better option, but if you must speak to the CSO, then perhaps speaking to their manager will help GOOD LUCK the conduit would need to be undamaged regardless of what network is in play. The conduit needs to be able to have fibre run through it.
