Boston 42 Alternatives?

We love the layout of the Clarendon Boston 42 - specifically the large open plan layout at the back of the house that leads into the grand rear alfesco.

Unfortunately, Clarendon can't build on our block. Is there any other home builders that do a similar design?

Interesting excuse given the display home for Boston 42 is right next to a main road...

Any ideas on builders with a similar off the plan layout?

It's hard for the project home guys to manage deliveries on Main roads, though I have seen Clarendon do it on a number of occasions.

If you are comfortable, PM me your details including site address and I'll ask the Clarendon CEO if he can take another look at it for you.

Otherwise if you cant find a project home builder you might have to hire your own designer and then put it out too builders for pricing.
