I had letter to commence to the builders 12 weeks ago. took them 8 weeks to do site cut/fill/benching. Now its been about another month and still no piers/slab. According to their online portal of milestones, I was meant to have the slab done 2 months ago. The irony is that the work wont go away, and also that the come December 1, these business' cant hide behind the Public Health Order to delay remedial work. Its good to see not all trades take that approach.
