As soon as tradies start pricing a duplex, some of them charge more for a similar sized duplex than they do for a house. As an example, same gyprocker quoted $27,000 for a 511 sqm house and $51,000 for a 534sqm duplex. Go figure. It's the same with a number of other trades as well.
Whats their justification for almost doubling? Makes no sense to me
