I have seen the relevant development applications lodged and approved with council already. Just wanted to ask if anyone knew whether internal variations/upgrades were typically still allowed to occur with house & land packages. I am thinking things like paint colour, the number and locations of power points, the tapware, size of kitchen cupboards and benchtops, etc. What about things like door and window sizes (given these impact BASIX)? Will ask the builder but am sceptical they may say yes to secure a sale and then tell me otherwise once contracts are signed. I've previously built with a volume builder which allowed all these changes, but the land was purchased separate to the build.
