I can guarantee Henley do to. Some of them are better, some of them less so. All of them have to be verified/tested/proven to perform the same or better and certified by the relevant professionals. The challenge is understanding g the difference so that you can be informed. Ie the Carlisle waterproofing solution is approved because it performs the same, but requires yearly inspections to validate that it will continue to perform. That's a bad outcome for the client. A different solution to have weepholes lower in areas that are undercover gives a better aesthetic with minimal to no risk for the area. I don't know in other states, but vic recently made it a requirement for all performance solutions to be signed off by the client's as part of the building permit application. That document usually explains what it is, who certified it, what their qualifications are. You can use that summary for further questions/clarifications.
