Would appreciate if forum members can provide advice on house orientation. Block is in Bribie Island QLD, orientated SW NE (entrance from SW side) 18m wide and 46m long, easements 6m to the garage and 7m from the back boundary, so 33m building area. Building Samford 32, Clarendon Homes. Photos of the block and house plan included

You'll want to flip that floorplan so the garage is to the south-west corner.
That will let gentle morning sunlight into the living areas and keep out the harsh afternoon sun.
