If it's on laminate you will have to cut the flooring so you sit back on the concrete slab. That would obviously have to be done carefully so you can cover the cuts with the panels or beading. Realistically, you will probably be able to tell that it's a slightly different installation to the existing cabinets particularly if you sit on tiles, but if done well by someone who knows what they are doing you would be fine.
