I found this forum when doing keyword search, and want to give a try because I can't really find an answer to my question.
I am looking at buying a land, and build a industrial style loft house, with limited budget.
The loft house (is it the right term?) look like this in the picture:
I want my house to be approx. 150 sqm of space, to save money I am considering using eco housing panels (http://www.ecohousing.com/), I wonder if this type of building can be approved by city council (Brisbane)?
How much money should I prepare?
What kind of company can I go to for my enquiry?
Thanks for your help.
