If a builder of an adjoining property excavates into your property, and then pours concrete in, who should you claim damages / compensation against (the owner or the builder)?
The Victorian Building Authority stated that we can get compensation through VCAT, (ie to have the concrete removed) but I am getting mixed comments on who to take to VCAT.
I would prefer to deal with the owner of the property next door, as we have had extensive issues with this builder..
