Read my posts again in conjunction with BCA 3.5.3.5 but the plumber will have to check the roof harvest areas and the gutter high point positions.to map changes. Just remember that the roof "catchment" area is the area calculated after multiplying by 1.23 to allow for wind driven rain on your roof slope.
