Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 14, 2021 11:43 am Hi All, We’ve just reached construction phase and we have both decided we wished we had extended the living area out by about 300-400m (two stores house). It would be about another 10sqm just on the ground floor. The builder charges $1000 for plan changes at this point which is fine, but was wondering if anyone has done this and what they were charged? Or if anyone knows of a round about a figure to calculate?
