As part of the new build, we require a stormwater outfall drain to be constructed that connects from our stormwater pit to an easement/pit located on the neighbouring property. We've already had a design drawn up by a civil engineer and this has been approved by Council. We're now looking for a drainage plumber to construct per the design.
