I am new to this forum but we are building a Metricon home in NSW and now going throught the Studio M selection stages.
We have requested a price list for the electricals (basics like double plug, downlight, pendant etc) so we can try and budget a bit within our allowances ($10k) before the meeting. However they have said they will only provide that on the day of the meeting.
Electrics are at the end so we want to know how much spare we have (or not!) in the early sessions.
Does anyone have a price list from a recent(ish) build they are able to share? or give some ballpark figures.

It's really difficult when they can't tell you the prices ahead of you appointment, isn't it. It means you don't know how much to budget for each part.
We had our electrical appointment a couple of weeks ago so I'm happy to help you out with some prices.
The company that Metricon uses is Stratus and you'll have an appointment with one of their consultants.

DRAWSTRING FOR WALL-MOUNTED TV $120

ADDITIONAL CIRCUIT FOR LIGHT/FAN POINTS $240
ADDITIONAL CIRCUIT FOR POWER POINTS $240
CAT 6 DATA POINT $99
EXTERNAL PRE-WIRE FOR FUTURE CAMERA $25
LED DOWNLIGHT $92
STEP LIGHT $225
DOUBLE POWER POINT $55
DOUBLE WEATHERPROOF POWER POINT $105
DOUBLE POWER POINT WITH USB $160
2 WAY LIGHT SWITCH $110

Our electrical quote came tp $19k which was a bit of a shock and this is with doing all pendants and outdoor lighting post-handover.
